Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade took to social media to celebrate the 45th birthday of his former teammate and fellow Heat icon, Udonis Haslem. Wade, who spent 14 seasons with the Heat and led them to three NBA championships, posted a photo of himself and Haslem on his Instagram story with the caption, “IT’S MY BROTHER BIRTHDAY! @ UD40.”
Haslem, who dedicated his entire NBA career to the Miami Heat, had his No. 40 jersey officially retired by the team in recognition of his immense contribution to the franchise. He played alongside Wade in all of Miami's NBA title runs.
The two Heat legends are set to reunite in the media world, as both have joined Amazon Prime’s NBA broadcast crew for the upcoming season. Haslem, following a successful run with ESPN, will be part of the NBA studio team alongside Blake Griffin, Dirk Nowitzki, and Taylor Rooks, contributing to pregame, halftime, and postgame coverage.

Wade will also be a part of the Prime Video team, occasionally joining Haslem in the studio while also taking on game analyst duties, a role he previously held with NBC during last summer’s Paris Olympics.
