The fatal accident occurred Wednesday night on Highway 400 east of Leon, near mile marker 315, as the Eichbauers were returning from Florida.
According to investigators, a Chevrolet pickup truck traveling eastbound crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the westbound Toyota Tacoma in which the Eichbauers were riding. Britton was 46 years old, Arlo was 19 years old, and Silas was only 16 years old.
