This ruling came after DDG requested overseas visitation while Halo remains in Bailey's care during her two-month film shoot in Rome.

DDG's attorney, Larry Bakman, requested permission for DDG to see his son under the supervision of his mother. However, Bailey's lawyer, Jeremy Lane, objected, citing concerns about DDG's mother's alleged enabling behavior outlined in Bailey's custody petition, which included allegations of abuse. Judge Byrdsong agreed to the visit but mandated a neutral, professional monitor. The court also requested that DDG refrain from posting pictures of the child on social media.
