Littrell's lawsuit, filed against the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, alleges a dereliction of duty in maintaining the security of his beachfront property, known as “BLB Beach Hut LLC.”
The lawsuit details incidents where trespassers allegedly harassed Littrell's family and compromised their safety. According to reports, Littrell's employees contacted the sheriff's office multiple times on June 5th, but no deputies responded to the scene. The complaint further states that Littrell's attempts to erect "No Trespassing" signs proved futile, as trespassers continued to antagonize and harass his family on a daily basis.
Littrell claims he's been forced to hire private security to protect his property and family. He also completed a Walton County Trespass Authorization Form, granting the sheriff's department the authority to warn and prosecute trespassers. However, according to the lawsuit, these efforts have been ignored.
The lawsuit seeks a writ of mandamus, compelling the sheriff's department to actively prevent trespassers from accessing his private beach. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office has declined to comment on the ongoing litigation.
Meanwhile, fellow Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean has opened up about his struggles with sobriety. McLean told Fox News Digital that he is committed to staying sober, saying he "doesn't have another relapse" in him and knows it wouldn't end in the "lucky" way it's ended for him in the past.
