Denise Richards has filed for a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, alleging a pattern of domestic violence throughout their six-year marriage. According to the documents, Richards, 54, accuses Phypers, 49 (or 52 according to Us Weekly), of numerous violent acts. She claims Phypers would “frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”

Richards further alleges that Phypers regularly threatened to break her jaw, and that he has caused her at least three concussions. She also claims he left recording devices to record her while she was alone.

Richards described an incident on July 4th where Phypers allegedly screamed profanities at her, getting within inches of her face. She also stated that he repeatedly grabbed her left arm tightly.
