How to Apply
The PECO Customer Relief Fund will be administered by the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. The program runs from August 4th to December 31st, or until the funds are exhausted, so act quickly! While receiving a grant won't guarantee reconnection or prevent shutoff if it doesn't cover your full overdue balance, it can significantly alleviate financial stress.
