Nikki Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, recently shared a health scare with fans. The WWE star revealed that she suffered a breast implant-related injury during a wrestling match on July 28th. According to Garcia, one of her breast implants shifted inside her body after an elbow drop from competitor Piper Niven. She described the experience as leaving her in "a little bit of pain."
The revelation came during the August 1st episode of her podcast, "The Nikki & Brie Show," co-hosted with her sister, Brie Garcia. Brie pointed out that Nikki's implant was "stuck in your ribs," prompting Nikki to elaborate on the injury and her subsequent doctor's visit.
"I had to go to the doctor yesterday to get my tit looked at," Nikki shared. "I was just telling Brie, I'm having conversations with my shirt off and I'm thinking in my head, like, 'I didn't think I'd be here today on my day off in New York City getting my boobs looked at knowing that my implant has moved.'"
Despite the injury, Garcia maintains a positive outlook. She mentioned that it's been difficult to laugh and cough, but she isn't overly concerned. She even joked with her doctor about getting them "fixed one day" and making them "look real good" for future romantic prospects, especially after her recent divorce from Artem Chigvintsev, with whom she shares a 4-year-old son, Matteo.
Bella also playfully acknowledged a slight physical difference between her breasts due to the implant shift, but Nikki insisted that the difference is "not that bad."
The incident highlights the physical risks associated with professional wrestling, even beyond the more obvious injuries. While Garcia seems to be taking the situation in stride, it serves as a reminder of the potential for unexpected health challenges in the world of sports entertainment.
