Norris's impressive lap of 1m 40.562s in Q3 proved unbeatable, with Piastri finishing a close second, just 0.085s behind. Charles Leclerc of Ferrari secured third place, edging out Red Bull's Max Verstappen. The McLaren team celebrated their first Spa pole since Jenson Button in 2012.
Alex Albon delivered a strong performance for Williams, finishing fifth, followed by George Russell in his Mercedes. Yuki Tsunoda claimed seventh for Red Bull, with Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson of Racing Bulls taking eighth and ninth respectively. Gabriel Bortoleto rounded out the top 10 for Kick Sauber.
