Rumors dey spread for social media say popular Kannywood and Nollywood actor, Ali Nuhu, don pass away. But the Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC) don come out clear say the rumors be total lie. Dem talk say Ali Nuhu still dey alive and dey do his work as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NFC well well.

According to statement wey NFC release, dem say some people dey spread fake news and even share video wey suggest say Ali Nuhu don die. But NFC Director of Public Affairs, Brian Etuk, talk say make people no believe the rumors. He stress say Ali Nuhu dey very active for his role and dey discharge his duties.

"The attention of the Nigerian Film Corporation don reach say dem dey spread news for social media say Dr. Ali Nuhu don pass away. We want make everybody know say the reports and videos wey dem dey share be lie," na so the statement read.

NFC also warn those wey dey spread the fake news say dem go take action against dem. Dem talk say dem don start to find out who dey behind the misinformation. Dem also thank the public and stakeholders for the genuine concern wey dem show after the rumors spread.

Ali Nuhu was appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on February 12, 2024. The film corporation dey very serious about the matter and wan make sure say dem catch those wey dey try spoil the actor's name.
