However, the GFA has stated that their immediate priority is to maintain focus on the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. Ghana is scheduled to play against Chad on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, at 1pm, followed by a match against Mali on Monday, September 8th, 2025, at 7pm.

The GFA is calling for the unwavering support of all Ghanaians for the Black Stars as they prepare for these important encounters. They emphasized that the unity and commitment of supporters have always been the team’s greatest strength, urging the nation to maintain this spirit.
