According to DVLA CEO, Julius Neequaye Kotey, Ghana dey try meet the UN's Vienna Convention on Road Traffic standards. This convention dey talk about the kind of documents we suppose dey use for international travel. Right now, some Ghanaians dey face wahala when dem dey travel because some foreign countries dey reject our current International Driver’s Licenses (IDLs) and International Vehicle Permits (IVPs).
