Alyssa Farah Griffin, one of the co-hosts of 'The View', don explain why she no dey show for the daytime talk show for three days straight. She say she dey sick with stomach virus.
Alyssa, wey dey pregnant for six and a half months with her first baby with husband Justin Griffin, write for her Instagram Story say: “E no sweet to dey sick when you dey six and a half+ months pregnant. Make una remember say na that time of year – dey smart, use hand sanitizer, stay house if you dey sick.”
She add say she dey hope say she go dey back for 'The View' episode wey go show on December 4.
But Alyssa no be the only co-host wey don absent lately. Whoopi Goldberg return to the Hot Topics table on December 1 after two weeks break.
“I no know wetin I dey think,” the 70-year-old joke, explain how she go Italy go film soap opera wey dem dey call Un Posto Al Sole. “Wetin be the time zone wey I dey?”
Whoopi make sure say she send her View co-hosts plenty pictures of herself on set, dey yarn say, “I just want make una know say I dey actually work.”

Before her work sabbatical, Joy Behar take four days off to recover from foot injury.
“Wetin happen be say: I drop my iPad for my foot and I break my toe,” the 83-year-old explain when she return on November 17. “E break and e dey very, very, very painful. I no dey recommend make una drop anything for una toes.”
In fact, her injury lead to small change for the show format, with all the hosts starting the episode already siddon for table instead of to waka come out for stage. Joy yarn say, “We no waka come out today to show sympathy for my toe.”
