She emphasized the resilience, unconditional love, and quiet strength that Bruce continues to demonstrate for their daughters, Mabel Ray Willis, 13, and Evelyn Penn Willis, 11. Bruce also has three older daughters, Rumer Glenn Willis, 36, Scout LaRue Willis, 33, and Tallulah Belle Willis, 31, with ex-wife Demi Moore.
"Happy Father’s Day to all the dads living with disability or disease, showing up in the ways they can and to the children who show up for them," Emma wrote alongside a touching photo of Bruce with one of his younger daughters.
She continued, "What Bruce teaches our girls goes far beyond words. Resilience, unconditional love, and the quiet strength in simply being present. This photo says so much. Love deepens. It adapts. It stays, even when everything else changes. But to be fair to myself, these symbolic days stir up a lot."
Emma openly acknowledged the emotional toll that Father's Day takes, given Bruce's diagnosis. "I’m profoundly sad today. I wish, with every cell in my body, that things could be different for him and lighter for our family," she confessed. She also shared a sentiment common within the FTD community: "It is what it is."
