A Star-Spangled Performance
Yearwood will grace the stage at NBC's 49th annual Macy's 4th of July Fireworks special, joining a star-studded lineup including the Jonas Brothers, Lenny Kravitz, Keke Palmer, and Eric Church. The special airs at 8 ET/PT and streams live on Peacock. From Stage to Stove: Yearwood's Culinary Celebrations
Beyond her musical talents, Yearwood is a celebrated cook. She recently shared her go-to dishes for a festive 4th of July spread on Instagram, including The Party Burger and her version of deviled eggs. But her culinary creativity doesn't stop there!
The Secret's Out: Trisha's Famous Brownies
Yearwood's "Most Requested" brownie recipe features two surprising ingredients: potato chips and bacon! This salty-sweet combination has become a fan favorite, and Yearwood herself says, "I haven't met a soul who doesn't love the combination of the saltiness of bacon and potato chips with the sweet decadence of chocolate."
Garth's Generosity: Free Hot Dogs in Nashville
While Trisha is on stage, her husband, Garth Brooks, will be treating Nashville locals to free hot dogs at their Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk. Originally slated to help cook, Yearwood joked that Macy's got her out of cooking 250,000 hot dogs!
Whether you're enjoying her music, trying out her recipes, or simply celebrating with loved ones, Trisha Yearwood embodies the spirit of the Fourth of July with her talent, passion, and generosity.
