Years later, Joannides, under a false identity, became the CIA's liaison to Congress during an investigation into the assassination. This adds to the evidence suggesting the CIA monitored Oswald for years and actively concealed information afterward.
Historian Jefferson Morley argues that Oswald "really wasn't alone, he had the CIA looking over his shoulder for four years."
