Yeoville System Struggles
Adding to the woes, some Johannesburg residents are already experiencing water outages due to maintenance work on the Yeoville system. Johannesburg Water cites technical issues and low incoming flows as the cause of delays in restoring water to affected areas. A spokesperson indicated that they cannot yet confirm when the water supply will be fully restored.
Residents are urged to stay informed through official channels and prepare for potential water shortages by storing water and following water conservation guidelines.
