University of Ghana Teams Up to Build Future Business Leaders
Accra, Ghana - The University of Ghana (UG) dey join forces with Maxwell Investments Group (MIG) and Africa School of Entrepreneurship (ASOE) so dem go boost leadership skills amongst students. Dem sign one big agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, wey show say dem dey serious to give students proper entrepreneurship education both inside and outside classroom.
Professor Justice Bawole, who be the Dean for University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), talk say it dey important for graduates to learn pass just the books. He say dem for learn how to lead well.
“This partnership dey aim to make sure students get skills wey dey pass classroom knowledge. Dem go leave here ready to think well, do things right, and lead with courage,” na so Professor Bawole talk. “We want make sure say our students graduate with knowledge and the ability to lead well for business and society.”
Africa School of Entrepreneurship (ASOE) go be the main people wey go dey run the program. Dem go dey give students practical experience like mentoring, leadership training, and entrepreneurship labs. E no matter which faculty you dey, dem go help you understand real-world problems, learn how to survive for business, and find opportunities for this hard economy wey we dey inside.
Dr Maxwell Ampong, CEO of Maxwell Investments Group, describe the thing as “long-term investment for human capital wey dey align with MIG’s way of developing things for different sectors.
