Zimbabwe pulled off a stunning victory against Sri Lanka in Harare, levelling the T20 series with a dominant five-wicket win. Sri Lanka's batting order collapsed, managing only 80 runs before being bowled out, their second-lowest T20 score ever. Zimbabwe chased down the target with 34 balls to spare, finishing at 84-5.

The victory sets up a thrilling decider on Sunday. Sri Lanka had won the first match by a narrow margin of five runs, making the final match crucial for both teams.

Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza expressed his delight after the match. "We have been playing good cricket and were upset with recent losses because we got close in the previous three games," he said. "To our credit, we did not panic despite the disappointments. Hopefully this victory will give us belief."

Sri Lanka's skipper, Charith Asalanka, lamented his team's poor start. "We lost too many wickets in the powerplay. When I went to bat I thought it was a 130 to 140-run pitch," he explained.

Kamil Mishara was the top scorer for Sri Lanka with 20 runs, but he fell victim to a brilliant yorker from Brad Evans. Asalanka (18) and Dasun Shanaka (15) were the only other Sri Lankan batsmen to reach double figures.

Raza (3-11) and Evans (3-15) were the stars of the show for Zimbabwe, wreaking havoc with the ball. Zimbabwe's chase wasn't without its challenges, as they stumbled to 27-3. However, Brian Bennett (19) and Ryan Burl (20 not out) steadied the ship with a crucial 26-run partnership. Tashinga Musekiwa sealed the victory with two consecutive fours in the 14th over.

Dushmantha Chameera (3-19) was the pick of the bowlers for Sri Lanka, but his efforts were not enough to prevent Zimbabwe from levelling the series. All eyes are now on the final match to see who will emerge victorious.
