Acting on intelligence, police stopped and searched a truck, discovering 55.8kg of tik and 30.5kg of cocaine. A 44-year-old Nigerian national was arrested and is expected to appear in the Paarl Magistrate's Court. Provincial Commissioner Lt-General Thembisile Patekile commended the police for their successful operation.
