Drama, Darling! 'Sex and the City' Star Admits 'Mean Girl' Ways!

Eish! It seems even the fabulous world of 'Sex and the City' had its fair share of drama behind the scenes. Kristin Davis, the actress who brought Charlotte York to life, has publicly apologised to Bridget Moynahan for her 'mean girl' behaviour on set. Can you believe it?

The Apology: A Cup of Tea and Regret

Davis made the confession on her podcast, 'Are You A Charlotte?', where Moynahan, who played Mr. Big's wife Natasha, was a guest. Davis admitted that she wasn't very welcoming to Moynahan because she had internalised her character's feelings towards Natasha, Carrie Bradshaw's rival. She felt bad for giving Moynahan the cold shoulder, especially since she usually made an effort to be friendly to guest stars.

No Hard Feelings, Apparently

Thankfully, Moynahan took the apology in stride. She reassured Davis that she didn't hold any grudges. The 'Blue Bloods' star even recalled how she was initially confused by Davis' kindness at the gym after filming, to which Davis responded, "By then, we weren’t in our characters anymore, and I could just be a normal person.”

  • Kristin Davis apologised to Bridget Moynahan for her behaviour on the 'Sex and the City' set.
  • Davis admitted she was 'mean' because she internalised her character's animosity.
  • Moynahan accepted the apology and said she held no hard feelings.

This just goes to show that even on the set of a glamorous show like 'Sex and the City', real-life emotions can sometimes get in the way. But hey, at least they've sorted it out now! Maybe a proper 'sorry, not sorry' moment after all. What do you think, South Africa? Were you team Carrie or team Natasha?
