Zouchou, who played in the 2005 Moroccan team that finished fourth, acknowledges Argentina are favourites but believes an upset is possible. "Our boys have done exceptionally well to reach this stage, and they truly have nothing to lose," he told Flashscore.com.
He urged the team to "go out there and give everything against Argentina, who are undoubtedly a strong team." However, he added, "Football has always been a game of surprises, and I’m backing Morocco to pull off another upset."
Zouchou emphasized the team's spirit, discipline, and quality. He believes that if Morocco can remain composed and prevent an early Argentina goal, they have a real chance to make history. Morocco is only the third African team to reach the final, following Nigeria and Ghana.
