Orlando Pirates have officially secured the signature of Stellenbosch FC's highly sought-after midfielder, Andre de Jong! The deal, finalised after a previous attempt in September, will see the New Zealand international don the black and white jersey from January 1st, when the Premier Soccer League (PSL) transfer window reopens.
This exciting news comes after De Jong played his final match for Stellies, a 2-1 defeat against Polokwane City. The 29-year-old leaves Stellenbosch having made 114 appearances, scoring 19 goals and providing 11 assists.
