Borussia Dortmund coach Niko Kovac acknowledged Sundowns' strong performance and warned their next opponents, Fluminense, not to underestimate them. He highlighted Sundowns' technical ability and tactical approach.

"It's easy to say on the paper that we are the favourites, yes, we have been, but you must first play the game. This is what we did today," Kovac said, emphasizing that Sundowns presented a significant challenge.
